Your name, email, message, and any project details you share through our contact form, by email, or when you book a call through Cal.com. If you buy from our store, the order details you provide at checkout.
Information collected automatically
Usage analytics to understand how the site is used. We use Vercel Analytics (aggregate and privacy-friendly), Google Analytics 4, and PostHog (EU-hosted product analytics), which use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, page views, and how visitors move through the site. We also keep standard server logs such as IP address and browser type for security and debugging.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment processor, Dodo Payments. We do not store, and do not have access to, your full card or banking details.

We use essential cookies to keep the site working, and first-party analytics cookies from Google Analytics and PostHog to measure how the site is used. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use your data for ad targeting.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose we collected it, for our legitimate business and accounting records, or as required by law. After that we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop processing it. Email build@v19.tech and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We use reputable providers and sensible safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.
9. International transfers
We are based in Indiaand use service providers that may process data in other countries. Where that happens, we rely on those providers' own safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children
The site and our services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
